Welland Canal Trail: Biking the Welland Canal
Join us for our first bike tour! Leaving from the Museum and Lock 3, the tour heads north to Port Weller and west to Walker’s Creek, then back to the Museum for a round trip tour of the city’s northeast end. Hear the fascinating stories of building the Welland Ship Canal, to the development of agriculture in the Garden City.
This tour accommodates 10 participants. Tour is approximately 2 hours with 20km of biking and frequent stops.
Registration opens February 1.
