The City of St. Catharines is reviewing how parking is managed across the community, and we want to hear from you.

We’ve retained LEA Consulting Ltd. to conduct a comprehensive review of parking services, including operations, enforcement, and how well the current system serves residents and visitors. This study places a particular focus on parking experiences in the downtown core and Special Provision Areas, including Lakeside Park, Sunset Beach, and Jones Beach. A survey has been launched to get community input, and a public meeting is taking place to learn more about the work to date, and to allow community members to share their feedback. 

 When: Monday, June 2, 2025

Where: Atrium Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines

 TIme: The public meeting is 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A presentation will take place in Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
