Open Houses and PICs
The Planning and Building Services Department received a Site Plan Approval application for lands located at 10-16 Lock Street & 12A Lakeport Road.
The Applicant is seeking approval to construct an eight-building mixed-use development consisting of 184 residential units, 1625m² of commercial retail space, and 376 parking spaces. The proposed development also includes the retention of two heritage buildings on Lock Street and the retention and relocation of the Port Dalhousie Jail to a new site near the entrance to Lakeside Park.
The Open House is intended to be an opportunity to learn more about the proposed development. The applicant’s consultants along with City Staff will be in attendance to answer any questions.
The application materials including architectural drawings are available for review and may be found at www.stcatharines.ca/development (click on “12 thru 16 Lock Street – Site Plan Application”). The materials can also be provided at the Planning and Building Services Department Counter, City Hall, 50 Church Street.
